RootData is committed to discovering every high-quality crypto asset and providing you with the most timely and comprehensive project information database. While we have a dedicated data team continuously searching, the global crypto ecosystem evolves rapidly. The active participation of our community members is crucial to enhancing our data coverage.

When you discover a valuable crypto project that is not yet listed on RootData, we welcome you to proactively submit it through the **"Get Listed"** feature. The detailed and accurate information you provide will directly help us expedite the review process, collectively enriching the industry database.

Any user can submit an application to list a new project. If the project you apply for has a clear value proposition, complete information, and meets our listing criteria, it will be successfully added to our database.

1. **Fill in Core Information (Required)**
   * **Name**: Please enter the project's official full name.
   * **Official Website**: Provide the main official website link for the project.
   * **Logo**: Upload the project's official logo image. The platform supports PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats, and the file size must be under 1 MB.
   * **Description**: Please provide a concise and clear paragraph describing the project's core positioning, the problem it solves, or the unique value it offers. This is key to helping reviewers quickly understand the project.
   * **Category**: Based on the project's core business, select the most appropriate category (e.g., DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, AI, etc.). Accurate categorization helps the project be discovered by its target audience.
   * **TGE Completed?**: Please indicate whether the project has completed its Token Generation Event. If a token has been issued, related information like the token contract may need to be added later; if not, it helps us understand the project's current stage.
2. **Provide Supplementary Information (Optional)**\
   To expedite the approval process, please fill in as much of the other non-mandatory information in the form as possible.

1. **How can I expedite my listing application?**\
   Understanding the platform's listing priorities can help you prepare materials more effectively, potentially shortening the review time. Projects with the following characteristics receive priority processing:

   * **High 𝕏 (formerly Twitter) Impact**: Possesses a high account impact score.
   * **Solid Background**: Reliable and credible team and investor backgrounds.
   * **Unique Narrative**: Innovative project with a feasible development roadmap.
   * **Active Market Performance**: High token market capitalization and a large holder base.

   Typically, applications meeting these high-priority criteria can be processed within **1-5 business days**. If the application does not yet meet these standards, it may be placed in a pending queue for subsequent review.
2. **Under what circumstances will an application be rejected?**
   * **Incomplete/Low-Quality Information**: Missing required fields, vague descriptions, or incorrect categorization.
   * **Project Does Not Meet Standards**: Projects outside the Web3 domain, overly early or conceptual, copycats, or suspected scams.
   * **Unverifiable Information**: Lack of publicly verifiable sources, or submitted information contradicting public records.
   * **Duplication or Abuse**: Repeated submissions for the same project, or submission of undisclosed private projects.
