#### I. Acceptance of Terms 1. When a user clicks the "Agree to Register" button on the RootData registration page, completes the registration process, and obtains a RootData account and password, it is deemed that the user and RootData have entered into the 《RootData User Agreement》. 2. RootData hereby specifically reminds users that, in order to use RootData services, users must carefully read all terms of this Agreement in advance, particularly those terms that exempt, mitigate, or limit RootData’s liability and those that contain restrictions on user rights. 3. Any actions by the user, including downloading, registering, logging in, using, or connecting to RootData services, will be deemed as the user’s full understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all provisions of this Agreement. RootData is the rights holder of all intellectual property related to RootData services and enjoys and retains complete and independent rights over all intellectual property included in the process of providing RootData services, including but not limited to any text, images, graphics, audio, and/or video materials.
