# 𝕏 Impact

The **𝕏 Impact Index** is calculated by RootData based on a weighted combination of the number of Top Followers and regular followers an 𝕏 account currently has. Top Followers refer to approximately 5,000 accounts selected by RootData, which possess significant industry influence. This metric effectively filters out干扰 from fake followers, providing a more accurate reflection of the account's actual influence within the crypto industry.

In the **𝕏 Data section**, users can utilize the time filter to view any account's **𝕏 Impact Index (7d)**, which is calculated with enhanced weighting based on the number of new Top Followers and regular followers gained within the selected 7-day period.

This metric not only measures an account's industry influence but also helps identify crypto-related accounts with the fastest-growing attention recently.
