How long does it take to process an information modification request? The RootData team typically processes requests within 5 to 20 business days. As we receive a large volume of information modification submissions daily, requests involving sensitive data—such as funding details, token unlock schedules, or team member changes—require additional verification time. As a result, the processing period for some applications may be extended.
Under what circumstances will an information modification be rejected? All modification requests must be supported by verifiable third-party sources (e.g., whitepapers, financing documents, official project announcements, authoritative media reports, etc.). If valid supporting materials cannot be provided, or if the submitted documents are questionable, your application will not be approved.
